Llewellyn Associates was founded in 2021 by Lucie Llewellyn. A select boutique talent management agency, we represent Heads of Department working worldwide — Directors of Photography, Editors, Production Designers and Costume Designers.

Our clients work across the full spectrum of moving image production: Film, TV, documentaries, Art Installation pieces, commercials, branded content, idents, and music videos. We represent an exceptional pool of established and emerging talent.

Lucie began her career in the fashion and beauty industry before progressing into Film and TV, where she spent over fifteen years as a professional Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist, working internationally as a Head of Department. That first-hand experience gives her a rare understanding of the industry from the inside — the opportunities, the pressures, and the pitfalls that come with building a creative career.

From 2005 to 2021, Lucie represented some of the finest creative Heads of Department in the industry at a well-established and respected agency in Central London. She founded Llewellyn Associates to bring those same traditional values — integrity, discretion and dedication — together with a modern understanding of how creative careers are built today.

Lucie gives her clients her full time, care and attention. Many have long-standing industry relationships that she nurtures and builds upon, whilst always working to open new doors for them.

For Lucie, collaboration is genuinely joyful. Every project is different, and matching the right person to it — not simply the most available — is work she takes real pride in. When a client succeeds, so does she, and that sense of shared achievement is what drives everything she does.
